Hurricane On The Bayou

Prolific IMAX filmmaker Greg MacGillivray directed this important film focusing on the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The project was the first IMAX production for The Third Floor, and it was critical that the previs be accurate and well composed for the giant IMAX screen. Third Floor veteran Casey Schatz designed two hero shots based on scientific data and time-lapse photography from Hurricane Katrina.
